Cave Lake's Vision

Our program facilities will include specially designed Youth Center, Adult Conference Center, and Family Center Learning Villages on about 150 acres. Laboratories, conference and meeting rooms, classrooms, library, and arts center will feature state of the art education technology including distance learning capability. Overnight capacity in the Children and Youth Center is currently planned to be 250 persons, 100 in the Adult Conference Center, and the Family Center will serve up to 30 in family cottages, and additional lodging at various family camp sites. The remaining 500 acres will serve as nature's classroom.

The learning environment will be enhanced with a Performance Center containing assembly hall, stage, exercise room and climbing wall; a pioneer life homestead; lodge with dining facilities; health center; high and low ropes challenge courses; outdoor running trail, volleyball, basketball, and tennis courts; hiking trails; fishing; canoeing; and living quarters for participants and faculty. Other common program facilities to serve all centers will include aquatics, watercraft, creative and performing arts, high and low challenge courses, sports, and fitness. Common operational facilities will include administration, maintenance, and staff housing.
