For those who Affiliate as a HI-Y by October 20 and meet the January 8th final deadline to submit Resolutions: No charge for one adult (double hotel room) for every ten students. For a private room send $90. If less than ten students the Adult(s) fee is $100 (double room). For private room add $90.
For those not in a HI-Y or who do not Affiliate by October 20, or do not meet the January 8th final deadline: No charge for one adult (double hotel room) for every ten students. For a private room send $90. If less than ten students the Adult(s) fee is $130 (double room) or $220 (single room). |
| 3. HI-Y Affiliation. We will
will not affiliate as a HI-Y with the HI-Y Leadership Center (Ohio-West Virginia YMCA) by October 20th. On time Affiliation is one requirement to earn the lowest scholarship fee rates.

| HI-Y Model United Nations Manuals for your participants and adults are sent to you upon receipt of this completed Participation Agreement and Participation Agreemnet Fee. Resolution Books are mailed to delegations before the UN. Two nights lodging and five meals are included in the program fee. |
| NATION REQUEST |
1. Nations are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
2. Nations may have up to 4 students (e.g. if 8 students register, you must divide and have either 2 nations of 4 students each or 4 nations of 2 students each).
3. Delegations that represent more than one nation must choose nations from different continents before choosing two from one continent. Each Delegation is to choose at least one Security Council nation (Belgium, China, Congo, France, Ghana, Indonesia, Italy, Panama, Peru, Qatar, Russian Federation, Slovakia, South Africa, United Kingdom, United States).
4. Number of nations requested (submit another form if more than 3 nations). Each group (nation) of students lists four nation choices.

REFUND POLICY: Participation Fee - No refunds can be made nor can this fee be applied toward the final fee of another delegate or program. This fee, part of the total program fee, is to guarantee space, to cause YMCAs and schools to make realistic enrollments, and to protect the program from unrealistic enrollments that man not materialize.Final Fees - No Refund. |
